Orders must be placed before 2:00 PM local time for same-day delivery. Orders placed after 2 PM will be delivered the following business day. Sunday orders are scheduled for Monday delivery.
Policies vary by hospital and unit. Many ICUs and certain departments restrict fresh flowers. We recommend checking with the hospital directly. Our florists are experienced with hospital guidelines and can suggest appropriate alternatives such as plants or balloon arrangements.
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Same-day orders cannot be cancelled once the florist has begun preparation. Contact us immediately at (844)-799-2245 and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
We recommend low-allergen options such as roses, lilies (pollen removed), gerbera daisies, and tropical arrangements. Strongly scented flowers like lilac and hyacinth are generally discouraged in patient rooms. Our florists are trained to create hospital-appropriate arrangements.
